I have a 95 toyota Tacoma with the 2.7 motor. It had a high idle and the idle adjust was as low as it could go. I found an exhaust leak where the manifold met the exhaust pipe and replaced the donuts. After my idle was too low so I turned it up a little. Now my idle is all over the place. Sometimes 1000 or 1500 or 2000. Sometimes it will go up to 2000 than immediately drop to 1000 than go right back up when in neutral. Any thoughts?

When my 3.4L V6 was doing this it was caused by a very dirty MAF sensor.
