Hmm, I checked this diagram and thought there’s no way it’s just going to the backside of the map sensor. Also me being an idiot didn’t check if there was a fitting on it. Thanks for clarifying, just need to get the line and toss it on. Nothing but headaches with the p2441 and p2445 codes, threw an ASV at it and tore down the SAI pump and thoroughly cleaned, checked all electrical and countless hours searching every forum to try and take care of these codes.. and I'm 98% sure this stupid hose is the culprit. Thanks dood

Maybe try an intake valve cleaners? Assuming that'd be best for blasting carbon or dissolving it. I'm going to give this a try on my 1GR as I just had mine fully inspected by the dealership, and valves/pump replaced with my bank 2 still being stuck. Got a picture by chance? Just so my dumb ass doesn't spray the wrong area

Not sure Id go spraying stuff willy nilly into the SAIS system. You might end up fouling the CATs :notsure:

I don't have a picture, but it's where you pull the large rubber hose off the valve housing. My CAT and O2 sensors were already messed up by the time I tried this. And like I said I only used a small amount and let it sit a night or two before cranking it again. Small enough amount that would easily and quickly burn off. The little thin reed valve on mine had some corrosion on it and it was not opening. The WD-40 was used hoping to break through the that little bit of surface rust and that it would solve the opening the not opening problem before I started troubleshooting other things.

If you have all new stuff, might want to check into any electrical connection points would be my next starting point.

BUCKLE UP! It makes it harder for Aliens to pull you out of your Truck.
Some idiot had the air intake off and when he reinstalled the air box to the valve cover he ran the map vacuum line under the bracket (squishing the line closed) instead of running it over the bracket. What a moron :anonymous:
