2.7 litre Taco mods

I'm new to this forum. I'm trading my '08 Rav4 V6 for a new Tacoma access cab 4x4 with the 2.7litre 4.

Can anyone tell me of some safe hp upgrades for my truck such as a performance chip or module(like bully dog) or exhaust and intake upgrades. Or can you get the computer reprogrammed? I'd be happy with 15-30 hp.

Can you get a good aftermarket or factory diff lock kit?

Best winch bumper? Does toyota make one?

As far as hp goes I think that a Doug Thorley header will be the cheapest (relatively speaking) and biggest hp gain you'll get for the money, for a 4 cyl. For a locker I'd go with the powertrax no-slip (which is what I want to get, very, very badly) Both I think are like $400+

still a good engine though
