2.7 ltr pacesetter header?

    Deck plate mod, intake silencer removed, AFE Pro Dry S Air Filter, debadged, Goodyear Duratracs 265/75R16. Flowmaster knock-off muffler!

    4.10 gears, sliders, and lots of buttons.
    Pacesetter is a low quality header. Most of them I have seen have warped flanges, and are a major PITA to get a good seal around the head.

    I put one on my 98 2.7L taco and it was a piece of junk. Def stay away from pacesetter!

    what didnt u like about it? ive on seen 1 review with a tacoma, it was a 98 also!

    pacesetter is trash, get the doug thorley header.

    Maybe they are now but the header on the 82 prerunner was a pacesetter & was still on the truck in Jan when I sold it after getting the Tacoma. Had no issues other than the paint lasting about 30 minutes then was krusty rustish motif for 20+ yrs after that. Saw plenty of mud action too. Definitely got my money's worth out of it. Can't speak to today's versions.........

    thanks for ur alls info, i will probably just stick with getting the tri-y header, i just gotta keep saving, no biggy! i was just wanting to see if anybody had put one on, & if they liked it or not!
