After recently flushing the stock fluid & dropping the pan to clean the magnets and change the filter, I decided to install a remote filter.
I made a mount bracket out of 2" angle. In this location there are 2 holes on the frame, one 8mm threaded and the other 6mm I used as a pin locator.
I also used 90* fittings to keep everything tight.

It is only a year or less old.
Why are you flushing a transmission of a 2015?
Did you add fluid to compensate for the increased volume?
    How many miles?

I would question is this is going to impact the fluid flow if not immediately later when the filter starts to plug up.

    yes 4 auto

37k already, it took 1 extra quart.

If that filter "plugs", I already need to rebuild the transmission!

It isn't that it plugs or not... The fluid flow is originally designed for an open screen filter in the transmission. Just that added filter alone adds more restriction when new.

I'm not saying it will effect anything. Just thinking out loud in writing.
