Got a 94 t100 with a bad engine and a fully running 2007 2.7 Tacoma engine with all wiring everything running, do I need to change out the computer for the swap??

I would say yes. The engine in the T100 should be pre VVT, (3RZ-FE) The 2007 engine should be a 2TR-FE and have variable valve timing, thus needing the different computer.

    What motor is in the '94... a 3.0 V6?

They are both 2.7, the new one has it all. Wiring, computer, pretty much everything
