You will need to move the motor mounts, acquire an engine, transmission, transfercase, new drive shafts, new trans mount, new wiring harness, interior harness, ecu, etc.

If the goal is more power, keep the 3RZ. Far better aftermarket support on the 3RZ engines than the 5VZ when it comes to power gains.

I would rather a turbo 3rz, I've owned both while stock

I don't know what would be unreliable about adding turbo granted you put a standalone and spend the money for a tune and injectors

The 3rz is a stout motor that can take boost

I've read that you can run 4-5 psi on stock internals/head/non intercooled/tuned. Anything over 7psi requires head studs/MLS gasket/Tuning. Apparently the stock crank is good over 1000hp.

With stock internals, the 3RZ can crank out ~250hp, basically the same power a supercharged 5VZ will produce.

To be honest I am looking for power and would like to keep the 3rz to avoid the work and invest what I was gonna spend on the swap . Spend it on building a healthy 3rz . I am interested in TQ as well, I don’t do crazy off road or rock crawl lol but would like to have that bottom end power .
