Hi, This just started happening on my Fortuna 2.7 vvt-i. It will make the noise on the first startup of the day or if it has been standing for a while...!!!!

ANY ideas what it could be or what I should check..?

Buy the way I live on a small island so no chance of just popping down to the dealers. thx all help welcome
