2.7l 2009 engine ticking

    2009 Tacoma access cab 2.7L 4X4
    I have a 2009 4x4 access cab 2.7L Tacoma 5 speed. with 240,000km / 150,000miles I use synthetic 0-20 oil. Change oil every 5000km/3000miles. LCE header and a LCE 30 lb flywheel with HD clutch. I have developed an engine clicking sound. Upon start up and idle it is not noticeable. But when in 1st and 2nd gear throttle up it ticks. Once in 3,4,5 gear the ticking goes away. I have noticed it sometimes does not tick when cold but after warmup it will tick upon increasing throttle. Has any one has this issue. ?
