The wood, lights, and painting I did. I had a local fabricator do the welding. He made me a plate bumper for the front that's going on this weekend as well. Looking forward to that :D

Looks sweet man, and seems very functional also.

Why didn't you make it a real short rear end? For clearance and stuff?

It's not really an off roader, Its 95% pavement princess. I hit a mud hole yesterday and that's been about the extent of off roading in this truck other than class 4s and logging trails lol. I still need it to lug around my snowmobile and my families atv. So couldn't make it stubby regardless. Ive got an 83 ranger with no bed on it for the tight trails. But it's bone stock and it's a turd, so it doesn't get used much.

    Looks great man,

Love the ARB front bumper. I like the way the pre 2012 front ends mate up to the ARTB better than 2012+

Are those load range E or C Duratracs?
    265/75/R16?

    Sweet,

    Thanks....

Did you notice a huge difference in driving it?

I am leaning towards to 6-ply myself.

Maybe a really slight diff in acceleration from a stop, but like I said, really slightly.

    Just my findings. :D

Good news, thanks for letting me know.

I'm going to wait until next year after winter before replacing my factory Dunlops, also looking forward to gathering lots of info at Expo East in a few weekends. It's in Asheville and I live really close. Wohoo!

So, I'm getting kinda worried about my gas mileage. I know it's no prius, but I was hoping for better than 14 city and 17 hwy. I DO NOT DRIVE IT HARD (There is no need for me to).

    Specs:
    2010 4cyl Access 4x4 sr5 manual 5speed with 45k miles.
265/75/r16 GY 10ply duratracs (truck came with 245 dunlops.)
Arb bumper with winch and Allpro rear
OME heavy 886 spring suspension 3.5" front - 2.5" rear lift

When I first got the truck I was getting a solid 24hwy and 20city.
I just really wasn't expecting that much loss from everything I've read....
And yes, again, I know its not a prius...
    Any imput from you guys??
    Thanks in advance.

Did your truck have the lift, the bigger (and heavier) tires, the heavier bumpers and the winch when you bought it, or did you do the mods?
