2013 ac i removed the spacer lift in the front and installed 5100's with eibach 112620 620lb springs set the billies at .85 and got 2.5" of lift. removed the lift block from the rear and installed a wheelers 3 leaf aal with extended rough country shocks (they came with the original ift) still have to install the extended brake lines and have a set of front superbumps coming. it's getting there slowly. wheels are 17x9 4.5bs and -12 offset with 285/70/17 kumho roadventures. truck rides and handles great and i honestly didn't notice much loss in power or mpg with the 285's. damn these trucks are great

How wide where they? How did the truck feel and act with the wider tire?

they're 17x9's with 285/70'17 p rated tires they're actually about 5 pounds lighter per wheel and tire than the stock steel wheels with e rated 245's they ride fantastic and handled really well i actually never noticed any power loss or mpg with them

I see what you mean about bs, but have found a lot of good info on here. I'm looking to do a few upgrades on the truck as far as getting a little more power and tour he outta the 4cyl. Also trying to put a cap on it.

i've done alot of reading and research on how to upgrade the 2.7 and the first mods to look at are the afe prodry s drop in filter not a full cold air intake unless you already got 1 and the lce longtube header. there's a gentleman on here screen name tooter that has done a buch of research and testing on these engines and can give you real info

i've done the afe filter and it did make some difference but from what i understnd when you combine it with the lce header you get the best bang for your buck and it makes a real differennce

hunter what wheels and tires did you end up with now? i took off my black wheels and 285's i weighed them compared to my steel wheels with e rated 245's and they were actually 5 pounds lighter kinda explains why i never really saw a loss of power going to sell them and looking at new options

51 lbs per tire... The wheels are really light... Don't know the official weight but I can weigh it when I get home
