Manual to auto conversion kit, including the transmission $2000

Purchased trans from notorious member here to convert my manual to auto, traded truck for a boat before did it.
Conversion includes:
Wire harness, ECM, torque converter, auto instrument cluster NEW, crossmember and mount, brake pedal NEW, shifter & linkage NEW, auto center console plastics, center tunnel sub-metal NEW, and various other NEW parts. I believed the I had every part to do the job.
Shipping cost prohibitive (it’s a lot of heavy stuff), should be picked-up in Pensacola, FL. I’m willing to drive a bit to meet you if you’re driving far, but will not deliver.
