    Mine is a 5spd, but it does shake when in neutral at a stop. I have noticed the exhaust shaking side to side quite a bit when laying under the truck with it running. This is why I'm thinking I have the same issue that you had.

    currently working on my fathers 2.7 5 speed. Very similar issue .. did you ever clamp the exhaust ?

    I ended up selling the truck a couple weeks later before I had a chance to fix it. I have the dude the mount to install but idk how it worked out.

    Yes the exhaust bouncing around was the main cause of my vibrations, that in combination with old motor and transmission mounts.

    Cleaning the IAC, throttle body, and MAF are also good ideas, as well as looking for obvious vacuum leaks.
