I gotcha. I've heard nothing but good things about those. I was looking at the Wildpeaks as well, but ended up going with Terra Grappler G2s. I was also eyeing the Cooper AT3s pretty hard. My G2s are doing pretty good right now, so I should have plenty of time to decide on the next set lol.

Same here. I'm in them to almost 15k. It will be a while with the excellent tread wear, but would have no problems getting them again.

This is normal. My wife's 2018 had 4 Hankook and one toyo

    My 2016 had 5 Firestone.

When they switch OE tire suppliers, then run out the rest of their remaining previous stock on the spare wheels

Cant tell you how I really feel cause that would get me banned from the net. From the moment I saw the tires, I was like nope, even was working my sales guy to put tires into the deal. Shit fell apart so that didn’t work. With less than 20k miles on them, they couldn’t grab the pavement for shit. Let’s not even talk about if it looked like it was going to rain.
Honestly, ran them for a couple winters, but they got taken off way earlier than they should have.

How are you liking the Wildpeaks? They seem to be really underrated.

They are better than expected. Sort of makes snow and off road a bit too easy.

Excellent on the street also. Like I posted above, I have almost 15k on them and they're wearing great.

My limited does not have a steel spare, its aluminum. Maybe its special compared to the other limiteds. It also had a matching tire to the other 4 :hattip:

It’s a spare .. as long it’s the same size really doesn’t matter what brand is there . They are not meant to go into rotation.

Toyota isnt the only one who does this. Most FCA trucks do this too. Spare is a different tire than the main 4.

Doesnt really matter unless you do 5 wheel rotations.
