Sharpish, can you tell me a little more about the needle bearings? Their location, is this expensive, where are they located, hard to install for a novice? Thank you for all your input. I was thinking about a front diff drop kit?? Would that help?

Here is some reading. East Coast Gear Supply (ECGS) makes a bushing to replace the driver side needle bearing that typically has issues soon after a lift.

This is the best install video I have seen:

I would gauge for yourself from the video how comfortable you would feel doing the work yourself.

The location is the front driver side cv axle where it meets the differential. There is a replacement bushing made by ecgs that solves the issue and seems relatively simple to install depending on your skill set.

Honestly some google searches will fill you in on all the details vs me writing you an essay and missing things.

    Reviving this thread...

    Current set up:
    2016 TRD Sport Manual (4x4)
2-inch front strut spacer leveling kit (RC)
    17x9 Gear Alloy -12
    265/70/r17

preface: tires and wheels installed a week before lift.... no problems pre-lift other than rubbing, which is totally expected from the setup.

I had a 2 inch RC front level and have a strong rhythmic harmonic vibration too, HOWEVER, this is the front passenger side, not the driver side (which seems to be the needle bearing issue). RC customer support (which is was superb, even though it took a few phone calls) was stumped but after the 3rd call to them, they are sending me drop-down spacers to get better operational CV height. Does this sound accurate or like a good fix?

The rhythmic vibration is every 1-2 seconds lasting for about a half second. Sounds rotational, vibration doesn't accelerate with speed, only more pronounced vibration. Seemed to be muted or gone in 4H.
