Question for any and all out there whom have had experience lifting a DCLB 2" in front, with 1"in back and replacing leaf springs for increased weight in the bed: Have any of you experienced any problems with your Rear Bumper Blind Spot Monitor Sensor not functioning properly? How about the Adaptive Cruise Control, and the Pre-Collision System with Pedestrian Detection??

Any and all thoughts, comments and suggestions would be appreciated. Thanks in advance!

You can request a dealer to re-calibrate it, but it typically wont cause any issues.

There's leniency for the sensors as weight in the rear or wear in the springs will cause the truck to sit differently over time.

I'd calibrate my own truck, but I work at a dealer, my suggestion is get it calibrated if you're worried, or if you experience issues. Otherwise its fine.

I have not heard anyone report any problems.

I am 3" in front with an add-a-leaf in the rear. Zero issues with either sensor and the one in the front is even covered with a vinyl decal. Haven't recalibrated anything either.

Thank you to all who have answered my question. I now feel better about going ahead with my plans for the lift for my Tacoma. Cheers!
