    looking for closure on where the 4 recommended lift points are located on the 2013 access cab.. using a 2 post rotary lift. Cant seem to find definitive information.

    Mirrors should be just barely behind lift posts, use the flat parts of the frame. As far back as possible and still flat and a bit behind the lower control arms if memory serves. I can take a pic of a different truck on the rack if you'd like.

    Front pads should be as close to the LCA as you can get them (on the flat section of the frame) and the rear pads should be just in front of the leaf spring hanger (again on the flat section of the frame).

    Also, before you get the truck up to working height on the lift and start working on it, lift the truck to the point where the tires are half a foot or so off the ground and try and dump the truck off the lift by pushing up and down on the rear bumper with as much force as you can.

    Here's a picture from work now, it's a F150 but it's still the exact same princeable.
    What @stickyTaco said about lifting it off the ground slightly and shaking it a good bit before going up high, it's a really good point to make. If you can't knock it off by rocking the shit out of the truck its not falling off on its own.

    May be a stupid question by why fold the pad up like that? Why not keep the entire pad flat/horizontal for more surface area?

    F150 has engine splash shield brackets in the way in front so it's easier to do with the pads flipped up.
    Also if it's got running boards I would crush them with the arms if the pads were not flipped up.
