1). What size TORX Bit is required for the bolts holding the bed to the frame?

2). I occasionally hear a grinding noise just before my transfer case shifts into 4H when moving. Is this a transfer case issue, or is it an issue with the electronic actuator which moves the transfer case rod?

    Many Thanks!
    Jeff

The noise is probably the chain engaging your 4 wheel drive. It works just like a bicycle chain shifting gears.

    Jake, I don't understand.

Siesta, Thanks. Does that mean I need to tear into the xfer case and replace the chain?

I've never heard mine grind. It will click, or even bang depending on how much pressure is on it when it shifts. The smoothest engagement will be when rolling in a straight line without throttle or brake applied - rolling fast is smoother than slow. Turning, braking, or accelerating are sometimes unavoidable when engaging 4wd. Shifting into 4 doesn't usually go smoothly when stopped.
