Is it possible to have 2 different sets of wheels with tpms in both sets and then reprogram after swapping them on a 3rd gen? If so can anybody explain how to do it? I have my stock wheels with street tires that I'd like to drive on normally then I just a set of wheels and tires for trails that id like to put tpms in before mounting and balancing if it's possible to swap between sensors without going to the dealer every time to have them reprogrammed to the truck

I use the Ateq quickset to switch between summer and winter tires. It will read the codes of the tpms that are already in the ECU. You will need to manually enter the codes from the new tpms into the program. https://www.ateq-tpms.com/en-us/products/quickset-light-tpms-reset-tool/

what sensors did you buy to use with this tool? Also where'd you buy the tool from and what'd you roughly spend? Trying to find good deals
It also looks like you need another tpms tool is that true

I can’t remember where I bought the Ateq from or what I spent. I’ve had it for at least 5 years. Check Amazon. The tpms I picked up from my Toyota dealer.
