    Definitely suspicious being two different tailgate colors..if it was just one. It would look more legit..especially if he showed why he was selling it.(with a pic of a new tire carrier..lol)

    Totally Legit guys ;)

    I actually just made a contact in the salvage business and being in Scottsdale arizona, where there is more money than brains... People don't drive real well. I have documentation from the owner of the yard on these. I can also get more if need be.


    I actually just listed them on ebay and was thinking hey how do I bring more of a specific market to my product. TACOMA Forums.. I'm actually part of Xr-underground.com which is just more specific to the X-runner.

    Documentation that it came from the salvage yard is a must.

    It was very easy to steal tacoma tailgates sadly so from a new member and two random tailgates looks very not so legit.

    However, it must be a dream if you found a 2005+ tacoma in a salvage yard. Lol

    Well it's not so much a Salvage Yard as a scrap yard. So a front end total would come to these guys first to be picked over. All I know is I have a receipt from the guy, and he has pictures and vins to back each tailgate up.

    Thank for the attention guys. I love to see that the members are protecting the forum. Hopefully I will get an opportunity to become part of the community.
