    No way in hell that frame is bent. Parts of the lift are bent, and dimwits in the body shop (who don't know about anything besides lowered hondas) measured the sway bar drop bracket (which is clearly bent). They're not smart enough to realize that the sway bar drop bracket is *NOT PART OF THE FRAME*.

    All that 3-5 mph does, is give you a jolt. My truck's taken WAY worse than that, just by plowing snow.
