    No it can't.

But I've had OME 888 coils on my 5100s for 5 months now and they are sagging to about 2" lift at most. No weight in front. I know lots of people have been having the same issue. So I emailed ARB directly and they are having me send them pictures and measurements.

    Will update through out process.

These posts. All coils lose some of their initial height. I had 887s, measured just at 2.5" of lift after installing, 3 months later 2". A year later, still 2". All trucks are going to get different lifts as well, albeit a minute difference, a difference all the same.

Put some top plate spacers on, a 1/4" will bring it to 2.5" and the spacers wont change over time.

    These comments...
    I've got 1/4" spacers and I'm below 2" lift.
    Any other thoughts?

Edit. Leaning towards saying fuck it and grabbing 2.0 fox coilovers

5100s. Tried setting them up a notch but because the coils are so much longer than stock coils without any load on them, it's a pain the in the ass to try and preload them and reinstall

Why do we gotta compensate? Why can't they make the coil a 1/4" taller?

Im going to ask, just because I do want to help, if I can. Is the perch installed correctly? Ive seen them on upside down and the lowers the total lift.

Definitely install the perch with he correct side facing up.
The thing is, I initially started out with almost 3" lift in the front.

That's a bad idea. The compression of that spring will RIP the perch off of that 5100.

Bummer, guess the only option now is Kings, Lol.

Hopefully ARB helps you out. Thats quite the variance, especially with the spacer.

Don't guys put 886s on these shocks? Those are heavier springs which would created more pressure under normal circumstances right?

I wouldn't be pursuing help from ARB if I hadn't put the 1/4" spacers on because like you said, coils will sag. I just didn't expect them to sag this much.

The 886s are actually still around stock lb/in, the valving on the shocks make them rough though. But they would lift it from where you're at.

The ome springs are not supposed to be compressed on anything but the lowest setting 0 on 5100's. If you do, it is not safe. Js

Understood, my comment was prior to know that as well. Makes sense now.
