It does come with the cross bar. The cool thing about those bars is that you can use them on the top of the rack to mount up on top or down on the sides!

I'm from Arlington but lived in Fort Worth for several years and loved it. Currently in SE Texas on Lake Livingston but looking to get back to Funkytown soon. It's a great place to be. Where in East Texas are you?

 

I'm in Mineola now (north of Tyler). Lived in Fort Worth for several years and still work for an engineering/surveying firm there, but I work remotely now. I miss Fort Worth from time to time.

i have the standard pack and i am pleased with it but i totally would have gone for this softopper one if it was around a few years ago.

i do need a pair of accessory bars. could we make the GB for packrack and packrack accessories to bump up the number of participants?

 

I bet AP would include accessories into the GB only if ordering a pack rack, but we'll have to ask and see what Tracy says @allpro
