2020 tacoma trd off road 4x4 Manual

Trying to find a solution i have a 20 Tacoma with the Apple car play non jbl head unit . I have a random issue when I try to stream my pandora to my truck threw Bluetooth it will drop my cell service and won’t connect .It does it randomly . Was thinking maybe it was my cell phone iPhone XR . Nope works fine if don’t connect with Bluetooth . Anyone know how to fix the Bluetooth issue .
