Yes, I would say this is very accurate. I had the front matched to the back with 20. It's dark enough but it doesn't kill all night vision and I feel like the man is less likely to hassle me because you can still see silhouettes through it easily. I feel like the limo blackout tint is what gets you pulled over around here.

i have 15 now, i have driven cars with 1%, 15 is no big deal in the city or roads you are very familiar with. in the country or on roads you dont regularly drive they can be a pain, keep in mind "matching" the front to the back is a variable question because tint passes light from the inside out so the more light you let in from the front windows the more you will see from the back, so 20% and 15% both look like the match because the 15% make the rear windows look darker by not letting at much light in the back. want to really make it dark and make the cops jump all over you... tint the windshield 32% is legal on the front in Alabama with 45% on the windshield it will look limo. its all about how much light you let in.

I'm doing mine on Nov 11th (I have the day off) and I'm doing the fronts at 35%
Thats state law legal now. Not too worried about it matching, but I'll post a pic anyway when it's done.

yeah. i kinda want to do 15% but idk. stiil have not got them done.
yeah 35% is law in TN too. but i don’t care. if i got stopped and a cop wanted to be an A-hole i would see if my brother would sign it off. my brother is going to do 20% i think.

    FormulaOne Pinnacle Series Ceramic Tint.
15% (dark) on the front. 35% (medium) on all the rears.
The 35% on the back over the factory tint makes is slightly darker than the fronts. I think the back comes out to like 9% almost limo.

Look up that tint. It is probably one of the best out there.its a little more pricey because its ceramic but It's got a lifetime warranty against just about everything fading scratching bubbling etc. And you can get it fixed/replaced for free at ANY place that installs it, all over the country.

I don't think you can buy it to put on yourself. It's only available through LLumar certified installers. I would never attempt to tint on my own. I hate the home tint jobs also!

I know how you feel. It was like waiting for Christmas morning as a kid. Luckily I waited anddid more research and found a place that installed FormulaOne Pinnacle tint. Couldn't be happier. Also I'm thinking bout tinting my windshield. I think that tint is called air 80

I was gonna get 3m but FormulaOne was ceramic and had a lifetime warranty. And if I chipped it wIth my maglight they would replace it at no charge.

Oh its defiantly not legal. But hey so is anything over 75% on the front windows so what the hell its already illegal.
I guess just watch the flashlights and when you take your seatbelt off! Lol

true that. besides some people liking the look of it, i find it very unsafe on front windows. i drove a truck with super dark tint, honestly theres no way would have been able to see a pedestrian until its too late. in daylight. at night would be brutal. not to mention the police attention.
