    I have a 2001 tacoma 4x4 2.7 all stock 213000 miles and I hall around a pressure washing trailer that's about 2800 pounds with no water best truck ever

    TSB x 2 because first TSB leaf springs broke
    My 2005 2.7L 4x4 just turned over 200k and it still runs in what I'd call excellent condition. I'm on my 2nd water pump, 1st clutch, 3rd battery, 3rd set of brakes, 4th set of tires and the leaf springs have been recalled & replaced under that recall, twice. Getting about 20mpg and has around 200 miles in 4-wheel drive, with all synthetic in the motor, diffs, tranny & transfer case - NO issues with the powertrain at any point, but replaced a wheel bearing at 100K. I bought it with 4 miles on it and it's been an awesome truck the whole time.

    2001 Toyota Tacoma
    2001 double cab, v6, 4x4, trd. 216,000 miles. doesn't burn oil. no engine or transmission work other than normal maintenance. On second radiator. No big deal to change that. On third water pump but that is because I change them at same time as timing belt. changed brakes a bunch of times. Overall truck has been paid for for 10 years with no significant maintenance. How wonderful is that!

    2000 Taco 2.7L 3RZFE SR5 manual
    Complete rebuild at 197k miles
    As of today 209,658 miles. Full engine rebuild (only cylinder head was necessary) at 197730, replaced LBJ, Outer Tie Rods, Sway Bar links, installed Uniball UCAs, rear dakars, OME 883 and new shocks all around at the same time. Replaced Rack and Pinion at 207451 miles. Basically a brand new truck (ac compressor and starter are the only easily replaceable original parts left).
