Just hit 380,000 on original motor and transmission. Drove it off the lot on May 12, 2001 with 700 miles on the ODO for $17,500

Just hit 350k today. Original owner. Trans was rebuilt at 309k but i didn't do much to maintain it for 20 years other than engine oil. Taking better care of her now though. Goal is 600k, and when/if the engine dies she'll get a new(er) one. These trucks are immortal except for rust and traffic accidents

I'm at 399,000. Will be 400K by end of year for sure.

Replaced exhaust at least 5 times (cheap Walker brand), twice the number of exhaust donuts (they suck), 3rd pair of front cv half shafts (shitty boots), third rear O2 sensor, 3rd center bearing on the rear drive shaft, 2nd oil pan (rusted out), 2nd pair of front wheel bearings and inner/outer tie rod ends....and a few other misc things. Last year I replaced all the AC components except one line that I was able to save.

Never have adjusted the valves, never touched rear end or any internal engine components. Owned since new and once it hit the 3K, I replaced all fluids with synthetic and replace regularly. Rear end, xfer case, engine and trans all running on synthetic. Not sure if that is why it has lasted this long, but I continue to use synthetic.

I do all my own repairs. The toughest repair was the oil pan. I would consider that repair a 8 or 9 on the F bomb scale.

I'm shooting for 500,000 mark. The rust on the cab is my only concern. The Midwest salt just destroys things. Too many Karen's that demand the roads be perfectly cleared....

I recently bought this Tacoma. I'm the second owner and the first owner tried to hit 1 million miles. He passed away and the truck sat at his sister's house for 4 years. I then bought it off of her and now currently own the truck. I didn't put any miles on this thing, all of it was by one guy.

it's a custom roof rack that mounts to the frame under the bed. the frame has been reinforced so that the rack can handle about 600 pounds. we have had up to 3 people sitting up there to watch the desert races

My 01 Taco 3.4 TRD just turned 235K and does not burn a drop of oil. Still has the OEM fuel pump. Reliability is legendary but should I be concerned, proactive and replace it or just let it ride?

I was wondering while returning from a 50 mile trip on a Forest Road along treeline

Mine went out just under 250,000. It sucked cuz it went out on our way to Disneyland. Thankfully traffic was so bad that we were on the street and able to pull over. Can't imagine what that would have been like on the highway with traffic whizzing by at 70mph. I am at 380,000 now and considering proactively swapping it out at my next major tuneup at 450,000 if it doesn't go out by then as I had some random shop nearby swap it out.

My 2000 Prerunner has 250k . No issues at all just normal maintenance like brakes, plugs etc. I change the oil every 3k miles. Uses no oil and has no leaks. Best truck I have ever owned.

Bought my way into the club. Previous owner got scared when he saw the 2 and traded it in at 207. '97 with a newer face from a donor.

327k miles on my’98 Taco 4x4. Over 300k from first owner but he took great care of this truck and it still doesn’t have any leaks or use any oil. I lost a front wheel bearing and in the process of rebuilding and updating all the front end parts including JBA UCAs, King coil overs, rebuilt bearings/spindles from @zippsub9, new OEM steering rack, and all the other OEM parts. Should be good for another 300k+ miles once I’m done.
