I have over 227k miles had a stopped up cat at about 175k miles but have never replaced anything else. I just replaced the factory struts and shocks at 226k miles needless to say they were shot.

Just sold my '99 with 196,000. I was so close. It was time to get rid of it. The only major issues were the A/C and Rack and pinion. The major issue that made me get rid of it was rust above the wind shield. It was bad enough that it was starting to leak. Don't have a wind shield replaced unless you absolutely need it. If you do, make sure they do it right.

No mud flaps, plasti dipped emblems, and rear bumper, Weather tech digital fit, Bed mat from tractor supply. Pioneer 4400BH head unit. B.A.M.F bed rail tie downs. AVS vent visors.
this may not count but parents tundra is at 199'3xx 2000 4wd extended cab. and moms '89 corolla is over 300'3xx. nothing major on ether. 1 timing belt on corolla if i remember correctly. tundra needs one. and of corse oil and stuff. like every 4k miles. and the corolla still has NO visible rust at all! some dints from a hail storm. years back.
