After working in the service industry for more than 10 years, I've spent countless hours standing on these mats.

Tempted to snag one of these because they really are tough and should fit perfectly between the wheel wells and length of my short bed.

Lady J, no doubt, especially for under ten bucks. Wifey may be a burly 300lbs, but she can contort herself in the access cab and fill up a gallon jug on a 250 mile trip with nary a stop or spill. Awesome addition for any Tacoma owner.

Stoppin' for a urine break can be a real time killer. Less'n it coincides with a fuel stop. Sounds like you are afraid of your gal making a mess in your taco. Can happen for sure if you fly by the seat of her pants. Preventing it is where skill and technique come into play. First of all she gotta shave. Second she needs to ride sitting on a towel o'er the seat. Third you need to provide encouragement and a calm setting while on the road. Have a roll of paper towels handy. Some alcohol wipes as well. Her and I learned this from a long distance trucker buddy. His famous saying was, "Miles accrue... one, two, three. But never stop to take a pee." Has served us well. Hope you and the old lady keep trying to hone down the process. Practice makes perfect.

Can't just wait until a gas stop in another 50 miles? A 250 mile day is a quick drive out to go fish somewhere, not even a road trip. I can't imagine a reason to piss in the truck on such a short trip.

Can't imagine? Well imagine this....your wife is 335 pounds, in menopause, ornery because of it, and she slams three 24 ounce Mountain Dews and a 32 oz big gulp coffee before sitting in the passenger seat of the taco at 7AM. Try to tell her not to drink or piss before leaving and get a Stockton slap like she's a Diaz brother. Full tank means 250-300 miles before next fuel stop. Trust me, she ain't making it to the next fuel stop.

20210501_094800.jpgthis quick set up tent changed the way my wife views camping making it more appealing and approachable. She can walk in and out set it up in less than 3 min with rain fly and all. Best of all only cost me $160. I'll be doing more camping now (with my wife).
