2000 exhaust leak

    my 2000 tundra exhaust manufolds just started leaking, it has the v8. truck has only 11,600 miles. is there any other areas i need to look at, that could cause the problem? was just going to replace manifolds with jba shorty headers when it warms up

    The manifolds are known to rust out where the pipes go into the flange here in Canada where we put salt on every thing including our cars
