2000 Honda S2000

Hey all, babied s2000 here for sale. I have all original parts, current exhaust and intake is aftermarket, and the stereo was updated. Has updated ap2 soft top that looks great, ceramic tint all around and a brand new radiator. Thing is cherry, im the second owner. Only thing of note is the stock clutch is going out nearing 140k original miles, and the trunk release in the console doesn't work. No rust, or accidents. Has a few easily removeable dents and no curb rash on the wheels. If interested shoot me a message. Located in Fresno, CA, and has been in CA its whole life. Currently has invidia q300 and test pipe, Has kn intake, and a carbon fiber cooling plate. Hertz coaxial door speakers, memphis amp/sub and sony headunit.
Hood wrap was there to protect from chips since its a low car, took it off recently and it did its job fairly well.

For those of you asking why I am selling it, I have some things I need to prioritize before having a car that stays in the garage.

 

Man wish I had kept mine, sold one with 90k for 8k in 2014.

 

That'd fetch you around 26 if the paint and interior will cherry, maybe even more

 

This one had been repainted at some point and I suspect was in a wreck that wasn't reported since it had a clean report, I bought it for around 10 or 11 thousand but just sold it quick when I bought the taco. Wish I would have kept it now but oh well, awesome car just didn't have time to work on it.

Used market is just nuts right now, wholesale and lending values literally close to half what people are asking. I hope you get the asking price OP, truly as that would be awesome for the bank account. Buyers gonna have to have some cash on hand though as a bank probably wont lend out what the used private markets are asking.

I sold mine in 2016, VIN was the 363rd one manufactured and sold stateside, MY 2000, 63k miles absolutely mint. Went for 16000 in the end. If I had a garage between the years of 16-18 I would have kept it, wish I had.


I even took it to the s2k Homecoming to meet Shigeru Uehara, lots of memories. Owning it left the biggest impression of all the vehicles Ive owned, the truest expression of a drivers car.

 

Nothing like driving one of these cars. TBH price is what it deserves. these cars were undervalued for a long time

Almost picked one up a few years back but ended up with an NA Miata instead...wish I would have stepped up to an s2k!

Beautiful car. I sold my BB 08 with 80k about 8 years ago for 23k. I've owned a lot of cars and the s2k is definitely the one I missed the most. Had to sell it cuz it just sat in the garage cuz I had kids. Wish I should've held on to it. Maybe someday I'll get into one again. Glws
