Why are you trying to get shocks from a different truck to put on your tacoma??

I hear 95.5 through 2004 Tacoma shocks will fit your 2000...

Also the Tundra 5100s apparently fit, but I'm unsure as to the benefits of putting shocks designed for a truck that weights twice as much on a Tacoma... (I know it's not literally 2x as much, btw...)

Also unsure as to the benefits of using shocks designed for any other vehicle. Just because they may physically "fit" and bolt up, doesn't mean you should run them. At least the 4Runners are the same design, similar weight, etc...

I could see it if you have a pile of shocks in your garage and want to know if they'll fit for a "red neck" solution. If that's the case, just try and bolt them on and see if they fit. But if you're shopping for new shocks, just get the right ones.
