Just picked up my first Toyota truck...2000 2WD Xtra cab auto. it has a mild vibration at moderate speeds. At take off and braking the shift stick moves forward and backward...nothing major but it just doesn't seem right. I figured mounts to be the problem....any feedback out there

It's less Tacoma and more mod
Your title is very vague. But it is pretty common for your shifter to move 1/2in to 3/4in, mine does. It's no biggie.

yea that's normal for the shifter to move they all do that not just yours. Vibration could be caused by tires, wheels, and or bushings.
