2000 Toyota Tacoma SR5 TRD 4x4 Value?

I have a 2000 tacoma SR5 TRD 4x4 3.4L V6 with 257,xxx miles on it also has a spray in bed liner and a color matched Leer shell. It has some maintenance issues that need to be addressed including timing belt, serpetine belts (due to power steering leak), brakes all the way around, new shocks, catalytic converter, and probably a new power steering pump. Blue book fair value says 4,900 but with all this I know its not worth that any ballpark idea where the true value would be?
