I got in my truck to do an errand. I started it up, it was idling really rough (never had done that before). Did my errand, noticed it accelerated...but rough and seemed a little under powered.
No check engine light, no warning lights....just suddenly running really rough. The whole truck vibrates at idle.

I looked under the hood...nothing seemed amiss....
It's a 2.7L has 225k miles on it. ell taken care of.....
Until this incident, I would drive this truck anywhere without a reliability concernt.

Any thoughts on what this could be ?

misfire. Probably just a plug or wire.
