2001 2.7L No. 1 Exhaust pipe bolt torque

This is the first pipe after the header/manifold, the bolts that hold this (3 bolts compressing 2 o-ring type exhaust gaskets) to the manifold pipe are 46 ft-lbs of torque. See pic. I am posting this because I have found conflicting reports of the torque value.
