2001 3.4 4X4 Auto Transmission Replacements?

    I found a 2001 today with 117k miles. I have to re-use my transfer case and my oil pan. I picked it up for $900. That's a little higher than I could have gotten a 2000 model with lower miles, but I didn't want to take a chance on it not working properly. This is not an operation I want to perform more than once every ten years or so.

    I will try to remember to take pics of the "operation" and post them as I go.
