This truck was built in japan as a trd off road prerunner with a locking differential. It was built late in 2000 so it has the 2001 grill and headlights. Toyota then chose rod millen customs in california to turn it into a convertible to be a concept vehicle. It went to 2 auto shows in 2001 and then was on display at the toyota museum in torrence ca for 10 years.

This truck is a one of a kind and the modifications made are at the highest standard. Here is a list of the modifications done by toyota:

The top was chopped off and a roll bar was fabricated and welded through the body and reinforced the right way. I was told the fabrication costs were more than the price of the truck. The door window frames were chopped off and re welded around the windshield to hide the roll bar reinforcement. The fabrication to the truck is incredible and solid as a rock.

The paint is house of colors burnt orange. The top was cut off another tacoma and fabricated as a removable hard top with the factory sliding glass rear window and side vent windows

Fabtech dirt logic suspension, front coilovers and rear gas shocks

17 inch black off-road wheels and 33 inch nitto terra grappler tires

All-pro off road bumpers powder coated

K&n fipk filtercharger and trd exhaust

Alpine touch screen ipod stereo & alpine 6x9 speakers on the rear seats

The truck was at the toyota museum and was pulled out every 3 months and driven and the oil and fluids changed and serviced as they do with all of their vehicles that they keep there.

This truck is just about brand new. There is no rust anywhere and the frame stickers are all intact still. This truck draws a crowd everywhere. Asking price - $29,000 -- 818-jwtmail.com

Here is a video of the truck. After the video was made all-pro off road bumpers were added, and the bazooka speakers were taken out. Otherwise everything else is the same

Sorry all. I am trying to find a buyer for a relative who purchased the truck, Besides the bumpers nothing has substantially changed. I guess I should have done my research first before posting here :D If anyone wants to name their offer, go ahead!

Scamming? Hopefully not. That would not be good.

OP is in Fresno with a FB account in LA. And the truck is from Utah? Multiple post for the same truck... Something smells fishy and it certainly isn't fish.
