I have a 2001 Toyota Tacoma that has an exhaust leak in the converter. My local repair shop suggests I call Toyota as there may be a recall or extended warranty on this? Something like 8 years, 80,000 miles? Anyone have any info on this?

Just another thing rotting away underneath my otherwise mint Tacoma.

    Thanks

Just called the dealer. Free Cat Converter inspection. Yes there IS an 8 year, 80,000 mile warranty on the converter.
