2001 hilux grill fit 2001 tacoma?

I love the grill on the 01 hilux trucks and the tacoma and hilux bodies are very similar. Does anyone have any info if I was able to get my hands on one of these grills would it fit on a tacoma? The hood of both vehicles looks different which leads me to believe it wouldn’t be possible without custom fitting

 

Pretty sure any non-standard grill you put on there will more than likely need to be customized in some way.

Looks like you'd need to go with the matching headlights, etc... too. Although, if the lights that fit those housings are designed for right hand drive, you're kinda screwed.

So the question is: How much do you like the hilux look?
