how in hell do I get the seat covers off of a 2001 Takoma Extra cab. I can't figure out how to get the arm rest disconnected from the seat. Any ideas?

This is a bucket seat with a hinged arm rest. Looks like I have to remove the arm rest and I can't figure how.

That is just what I have. We took the cover off last night, and will be putting the heaters in soon. Many thanks for the comeback. By the way, that Pre runner is a lot cleaner than mine. Where is it located?
