Bilstein 5100s, Borla 14945 S/S Exhaust, Fram Air Hog Filter, Diff Breather Mod & NGK Wires

My passenger side mirror cracked and needs to be replaced this Saturday. The Factory Taco CD does not cover the topic and the search results has a thread on a Taco 2007 but the pics are gone.

Anyone pull one one of these off successfully with shattering it , ie Where do you pry and with what?
