2001 Tacoma-another won't start electical

I have a 2001 Tacoma standard cab, 2whl drive, 4cyl with a standard transmission. My alternator-water pump belt broke while I was driving and I had to get a tow home. The truck overheated but not radically so. I replaced all three belts but now when I try to start it my dash lights all come on but there is no starter sound, no clicks, nothing. The tow truck driver tried jumping it when we got to my house and it wouldn't start then. My battery has been checked and it's good. Relay? Starter? Any help would be appreciated. Thanks
