    I got a hold of Toyota. They gave me another dealer and said to drop it off for the free frame inspection. I will keep you posted. They said they will do a detailed inspection of the frame. I hope it's more than the hammer test I had done last year.

    Do you have any welds failing or that look like they are near failing? I would also try jacking the vehicle up at all kinds of different parts of the frame and see if it is sound.

    If it crushed in to the point there is a hole, even if it's a teeny crinkle you will get a new frame.

    I took mine in when this failed rusted through weld showed showed up and the frame crushed in when they put the pad in that area to lift it. My frame would have never have failed a hammer test but was weak and rusted from the inside out.

    Once the hole was big enough the tech was able to bend the bottom of the frame using his fingers but I had beat on it with a hammer nothing had happened to it before I took it in.

    Got me a new frame which is good because I have zero interest in 05+ trucks and I wanted to keep this one.

    fUCK guys you are scaring the shit out of me. I just changed my oil , now im going to check my shit out. i hope i dont have rust, on my 2004 double cab
