I have a 2001 Tacoma 4cyl 2.7 lit manual transmission. it just hit 209,000. recently as im pressing gas pedal you can hear a knocking noise and truck vibrates all the way to 60 mph then goes away as driving. when it is vibrating and I take my foot off of gas it stops vibrating. any ideas would help. thanks guys

maybe some dirty injectors? Clean the MAF, throttle body and run some fuel injector cleaner in the tank. Also check spark plugs/wires....This is my guess from your description.

Try lubing the drive-lines, and check the motor mounts.
