    I swear someone already posted this a few weeks ago...

    IIRC, they never actually say how heavy that thing is. I'm betting lots. Likely never weighed it because he doesn't want to know how much over GVWR it is.

    Put as many airbags and stiff springs on there as you want, but Tacomas simply aren't a great platform for these types of builds.

    Conceptually, sure. Campers are cool.

    However the weight is what I'm specifically talking about. Tacoma's simply aren't built to take weight. Frame, engine, suspension, brakes, none of it is suited for something like that.

    You can disagree all you want. but GVWR is GVWR and that doesn't change.
