2002 4.10 rear axel rusted and shot

Asking for a friend.

His axel housing is shot and leaking like crazy. He needs a replacement ASAP. Located in SW Michigan/NW Indiana. Anyone know of reliable aftermarket/refirb places or of someone looking to unload a clean one left from an upgrade?

If You look at Pipe caps the weld on style I don`t recall the size with out measuring Quite easy to pull the axle Pull the differential .

Install a Drain** and Fill plug remove the old rusted out cover weld the new pipe cap cover on .

Put it all back together.

I have been looking for one of these rusted out rears for awhile now seems it is not all that common.

Wish you were closer I would love to fix this.

**I don`t remember if both the drain and fill is on the back.
