Hey everyone, first post here but long time lurker. I've owned my 2002 Double Cab Taco since it was brand new, and I've never had any issues with it... until last week. Recently, My driver window has decided it's going to make it's own work schedule. It rolls down just fine, but will roll up intermittently. Sometimes 4 or 5 inches at a time, other times barely a half inch. And I have to wait almost 30 seconds - 1 minute between attempts to get it to roll up the next inch or so. I've tested power through the door harness and that's all good. I have a BNIB window motor & regulator waiting to go in, but I figured before doing that, I should give the switches a check. I browsed the forums here and noticed other people have had the same or similar issues and solved it by cleaning the switch contacts. Unfortunately, it seems like my window switch was just... built different? It doesn't look like any of the photos posted here by other members. I'm not sure what to do from here and I'm hoping the collective knowledge from everyone here can maybe point me in the right direction. I've attached pictures of the disassembled switch so hopefully someone can tell me what's going on. Please save me from the madness!

Well OP already has the part
    But sanjim
    Take off door card
Peel back moisture plastic with that putty on it
    Tape window to door frame
    Take out motor/regulator

many times the motor has a plate that can be removed. Take off carefully
Many times a simple cleaning with barely damp rag/compressed air will clean the brushes(magnets)/brush contacts. You will see dust come out just by blowing into motor.
I’m 3 for 4 on fixing the issue, multiple manufacturers
    Plenty vids out there too
    GL
    To both!

In completely forgot to update this! Turns out the problem was just the window regulator. Picked one up from Amazon and had things going in under 30 minutesn
