2002 Sun Visor problems

    I tried to make the 01-04’s I have work in a 99, I knew the grays aren’t the same, Tacomas up to 00 are moon mist, 2nd gen 4Runners, last gen us Toyota trucks are the same, the clips in the headliner are in a slightly different location so that killed it for me

    I do have gray sun visors from an 01-04 with extendable shades if interested (not the ones I pictured), I don’t need them, I’d let them go for a reasonable price

    I tried to install a screw where the flat spot on the shaft sits inside the shaft. The thought was maybe it would hold up the visor from flopping down. It didn't work. The shaft casing is not strong enough to hold a screw, and this is not how the visor is designed.IMG_0451.jpg
