2002 tacoma 2.7l- Radio-A/C-Dome problems

Ok i have 2002 tacoma 2.7.
i dont have dome light for months, but now i turn radio on and dont working:
-i try ac but dont working
-Dome dont working
-Cigarette plug dont working.
OK NOW: (all tested with with digital LED circuit tester Model

NS-836)
I tested all Fuses on main box next battery ALL OK
-TESTED fuses next drive seat, ALL OK
-Tested radio WIRES (blue with line -and another one looks like white-i guess from a/c fuse) all have power 14.02
-DOME WIRE power with 14.02
-Cigarette wire have power 14.02
-A/C turned ON and at ac end wire have power 14.02

Now as ALL have wires with power,ALL FUSES OK, can somebody tell me whats wrong?
why still NOT WORKING -radio-a/c-cigarette plug- charger (usb) - Dome light?

At end of summertime, mechanic as changed Evap valves next to motor and full cannister and front transmition drive, can that be affected any wires?
